In PlatformManager, permissions are assigned on the following levels:

	Permissions power user	Can add any permission for their asset. This permission can be assigned only to users with Pricefx.com or Pricefx.eu domains. Can also force delete an IM instance in an inconsistent state.

	Enable Links Management			Allows you to edit ISV deep links (Administration > Constants > Enable Deeplinks).
	Prospect Onboarding - can trigger prospect onboarding job			Provides access to the “Prospect Onboarding” section, enabling manual triggering of the self-service flow as an alternative to the primary SFX sync method.
	Prospect Onboarding - can view prospect onboarding overview			Provides access to the “AI Agents prospect process” section, including an overview of all self-service flows and their statuses.
	Create and set partition job - can trigger create and set partition job			Allows a user (or API token) to trigger a `create-and-set-partition` job via the public API `POST /api/jobs/create-and-set-partition` (used mainly by the Training team)

Account Permissions

Account		Edit		Also includes permission to manage account contacts and export servers.
Account Accelerators	See	Deploy	Manage	Restricts access to Accelerators that are owned by a specific account. The permission Manage allows users to see the Accelerators in Templates Management, Deployed Templates and Failed Deployments. It includes the permission to deploy as well. If an Accelerator has no ownership assigned in Salesfx, it is treated as Pricefx-owned and is accessible only with global rights.

Account Deployment	Read			Provides access to the Accelerators tab in Partition Overview with the list of all accelerators/templates deployed on the partition.
Account Token Management				Allows you to use the Account API Token section.
Account User Management
Account Workflow		Edit
Agents deployment				A user with only the `agents-deployment` permission is redirected to the AI Agents home screen. Only super admins (power users) can grant the permission.
Alerts	Read	Edit		Assignment of the 'Alerts - edit' permission can be subject to an approval workflow. For details, see Workflows Tab.
Instance Upgrade				Allows requesting an instance upgrade.
Instance Availability Management				Allows you to hibernate, wake up, or schedule regular shutdowns for instances.
Data Tools	Read	Edit		(⚠️ Work in Progress) Enables the Data Tools section, providing access to the Data Validation Tool and management of shared files and mappers.
Deployed Templates Log	Read			For non-Pricefx users, the log shows records only for partitions/IMs that the users are entitled to view.
Event Orchestration	Read	Edit		Allows you to use Event Workflows. `Event Orchestration - read`: Allows you to view a list of Workflows, Running Workflows, Schedulers, Logs. Only the Show Definition option is available in the Workflows three-dots menu (refer to Workflows \| Three Dots menu).
Integration			Allow create/delete	Once you assign this permission, the user automatically also gets the following permissions to be able to work with the instance: Integration Instance - Edit Marketplace Templates - Deploy After a user submits a new IM instance, they are automatically assigned also the Integration - Git Manager permission.
Integration Dashboard Logs	Read
Integration Instance	Read	Edit	Admin	Admin contains all of the Edit permissions + allows you to transport code between environments and set the advanced memory sizing options when creating a new IM.
Integration - Git Manager				Allows you to manage access to a Git repository where the integration code is stored. This permission is automatically assigned after a user submits a new IM instance.
ISV Connections		Edit		Allows you to add, edit, and delete ISV Connections. Grants access to the ISV Connections section, making the item visible in the menu. Allows you to schedule ISV data mapping without requiring the `Event Orchestration - edit` permission for this specific action.
Marketplace Templates			Deploy	Allows deployment of Accelerators and Integration templates from the Marketplace.
Partition		Edit	Allow create/delete	Assignment of the Allow create/delete permission can be subject to an approval workflow. For details, see Workflows Tab.
Partition Activity Log	Read
Partition Admin - Events				Allows you to use Event Configurator. The global permission `Permission power user - can add any permission for his asset` is required in order to set `Partition Admin - Events`.
Partition Calculation Engines		Edit		Provides access to Calculation Engines.
Partition Data Management		Edit	Use	The `Data Management - use` permission does not allow a user to create, edit, or delete the Data Downloads or Data Uploads.
Partition Data Upload			Import Users	Enables the “User” option in the Entity Type selector in the Data Upload.
Partition Events/Jobs	Read	Edit		With the Edit permission, you can view/edit the Partition Overview \| Event Admin table.
