Pricefx Training Registration

This page explains how to register for Pricefx trainings, which prerequisites apply to each course, and how access is provisioned.

Please be aware, that all Pricefx Trainings are paid. Your organization will be billed accordingly.

How Our Trainings Work (All Programs)

Regardless of the program, all Pricefx trainings follow the same structure:

• Self-paced learning in SANA LMS

• Hands-on labs in a training partition

• Access provisioned every Monday

• Weekly Public Q&A sessions focused on course content

• Optional private Q&A hours for deep technical questions

• Certification or Certificate of Completion depending on the program

Access to training content, materials, and the practice partition is available for 1 or 2 months from the date access is granted (depending on the program).

🟨 Business Programs (Practitioner Level)

Pricing Manager · Pricing Analyst · Sales Manager · Contract & Discount Specialist (March 2026) · Pricefx Agents (all audiences)

Description

These programs provide core business-user knowledge of Pricefx.
They are mandatory prerequisites for all Project Technical Programs.

Prerequisites

• Whitelist Sana LMS inside your Organization.

Registration Links

You may select any date within the next 14 days. Access will be granted on your chosen date after 9:00 AM CEST. Note that the time stamp is fixed at 7:00 AM and cannot be changed.

Access

• Includes: SANA content, Business User labs, training partition, Q&A session.

• Granted for 1 month.

• One optional Q&A session during the access period.

Certification

• Courses provide a Certificate of Completion

Selecting a course may be a difficult task. As rule of thumb we recommend to start with the Pricing Manager (Practitioner) course and adding the Pricefx Agents path. However, depending on your daily tasks, you may find that other tiers are better for you.

⬜️ Admin Program

Prerequisites

• Whitelist Sana LMS inside your Organization

• Business User Program (any)

Registration

Access as of 2026

• Includes: SANA content, Admin labs, training partition, Q&A session.

• Granted for 1 month.

• One optional Q&A session during the access period.

Certification

• Course provides a Certificate of Completion

🟦 Project CE — Configuration Engineer Program

Prerequisites

• Mandatory: Completion of one of the Business User Programs and/or Admin Program

• Interview is successfuly completed

• Whitelist Sana LMS inside your Organization

Registration

Learners must pass an entry interview before training access is granted.

Access

• Activated the Monday following a successful interview

• Includes: SANA content, CE labs, training partition, Teams support channel

• Granted for 2 months.

Support

• Public Q&A: Tuesday & Thursday

• 1-on-1 sessions: 2 × 1 hour per learner

• Additional private Q&A (project-related deep dives) can be purchased

Certification

• 1st exam attempt included

• Additional attempts available for purchase

• Recertification required every 2 years

🟩 Project IE — Integration Engineer Programs

The IE Program now consists of two courses:

1. Templates Program (Fundamentals)

2. Custom Program (Advanced)

Completion of Templates is required before enrolling in Custom.

• IE Templates requires Business User Programs and/or Admin Program

• IE Custom requires completion of the Templates Program

Registration

Access

• Granted every Monday.

• Includes SANA content, IE labs, training partition, Teams support channel

• Granted for 1 month per program.

Support

• Public Q&A: Monday - Templates Program; Wednesday - Custom Program

• 1-on-1 sessions: 2 × 1 hour per learner

• Additional private Q&A (project-related deep dives) can be purchased

Certification

• Templates Program includes a Certification Exam

• Custom Program provides a Certificate of Completion

• Recertification required every 2 years for Templates certification

🟪 Project SA — Solution Architect Program

Prerequisites

One of the following:

• CE Certification (within 4 years), OR

• 1.5+ years of CE experience, OR

• Two delivered Pricefx capabilities
  Learners not CE-certified must pass a CE Verification Test + Interview.

• Whitelist Sana LMS inside your Organization

Registration

Access

• Granted every Monday.

• Includes SANA access to SA materials, refinement calls, final project instructions

• Granted for 2 months.

Support

• 4 instructor-led refinement sessions

• Additional project-related Q&A available for purchase

Certification

• Based on completion and final project defense

• No mandatory recertification cycle at this time

🟫 Project DSE — Data Science Engineer Program

Prerequisites

• Understanding of pricing data structures

• Basic ML concepts (segmentation, clustering, elasticity)

• Experience working with analytical outputs / ETL validation

Access

• Granted every Monday.

• Granted for 1 month.

Support

• Weekly Q&A focused on accelerator configuration and science bricks

Certificate

• Course provides a Certificate of Completion

• No certification exam

🟥 Performance Program

Available from Q2, 2026

• Certified or experienced Configuration Engineer

• Completed Projecy CE Training

Access, Cancellation & Rescheduling Rules

Access Provisioning

• Access to Pricefx training programs, including training materials and training demo partitions, is granted on a weekly activation cycle every Monday.

• The exact access activation date is communicated in the registration confirmation email.

• Once access is provisioned, the training is considered delivered and consumed.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling is permitted for all training programs and the Project CE entry interview provided that Pricefx is notified at least seventy-two (72) hours before access is granted.

If notification is not received within this timeframe and access is provisioned:

• 100% of the training fee will be billed, regardless of participation level, progress, or course completion.

• No refunds or credits will be issued.

Change of Decision After Registration

If a participant decides not to proceed with a training program, the Pricefx Training Team must be informed before access is granted.

Once access has been issued:

• The training is considered consumed

• Full billing applies

• No refunds or credits are available

Public Q&A Sessions

• Public Q&A sessions are scheduled per program and communicated to enrolled participants.

• Attendance is optional and limited to training-related clarification.

• A Training Advisor may cancel a public Q&A session if no participants attend.

Private 1-on-1 Sessions

• Private 1-on-1 sessions are delivered by appointment.

• If a participant does not attend and fails to provide at least seventy-two (72) hours’ notice, the session is counted as used.

• The Training Advisor may cancel a session if a participant does not attend.

What You Need To Know Before Registration for Project CE Interview

The technical interview for the Groovy programming position is designed to assess your proficiency in Groovy programming language and your problem-solving skills. The interview is 30 minutes long and is a mandatory step before Configuration Engineer learning path. 

Good to know: The interview is run in English, so decent command of the language (preferably B2 CEFR and above) is preferred.

The interview will consist of two main parts: 

Code Review and Discussion: 

• You will be asked to submit your implementation of a specific Groovy assignment before the interview. The assignment will be provided to you beforehand, and you are expected to complete it within the given timeframe. 

• During the interview, the interviewer will review your code and ask questions to assess your understanding of the problem, your approach to solving it, and the quality of your code. Be prepared to explain your code design decisions, justify your implementation choices, and discuss any trade-offs you made. 

• The interviewer may also ask you to make modifications to your code or solve related problems based on the original assignment. 

Problem-Solving and Technical Questions: 

• You will be presented with additional coding problems or scenarios related to Groovy programming language. 

• These problems may range from basic syntax and language features to more complex algorithmic challenges. 

• The interviewer will assess your ability to analyze problems, devise efficient solutions, and write clean and maintainable code. 

• Be prepared to discuss your thought process, explain your solutions, and optimize your code if necessary. 

Preparation Tips: 

• Review Groovy programming language fundamentals, including syntax, data types, loops, lists, maps, dates, generics, closures. 

• Ensure that you understand the assignment requirements thoroughly and submit a well-commented and structured codebase. 

• Practice explaining your code and thought process aloud, as communication skills are an important aspect of the interview. 

Additional questions asked during the interview: 

• What is your development skill background? 

• How recent are your skills? 

• Which IDE(s) have you used? 

• Are you comfortable interpreting detailed development instructions in English? 

• Explain how you approach debugging a bug. 

• Explain how you approach a programming project when presented with a written task. 

• Have you any practical experience using a database & tables. 

• Can you explain the different between a database & a table 

• Are you familiar with SQL? 

• Do you feel your schedule will allow regular weekly attendance at our lectures? Note: Some weeks may require 5+ hours of lecture and 5-7 hours of self-paced learning. 

What Happens Next

1. For registration you will need to add your name, company email (private or not Pricefx project work related emails will not be accepted), choose the next available trainer and timeslot.

2. Once booking is done, you will receive an email with the interview date and time confirmed as well as the link to connect to the call.

3. If you want to cancel or change your registration, reach out to the trainer via email. If you do not receive a confirmation email shortly after registration, reach out to your Pricefx contact.

4. Failure to change/cancel the interview in advance or a No-Show may result in a complete expulsion from the training program. Plan your time accordingly!
