Spotlight Search

Spotlight Search lets you jump to an account, a partition, an IntegrationManager instance, or a PlatformManager page by typing its name.

  • Click the search field Search, ask or do anything... in the header.

  • Or press ⌘ K on macOS, or Ctrl K on other systems.

Spotlight Search finds items by name. It does not answer questions or run actions.

  • The search matches parts of names and allows small typos.

  • Spotlight Search shows at most 12 results, grouped by type in the order of the table above.

  • Spotlight Search lists only pages that you have permission to open.

  • Pages that belong to an account, partition, or IntegrationManager instance appear only while you work in that account, partition, or instance.

  • While Spotlight Search loads partitions and IntegrationManager instances, it shows Searching…. When nothing matches, it shows No matches.

  • Spotlight Search loads partitions and IntegrationManager instances once per browser session. A partition or instance created after your first search appears after you reload the page.

Favorites and Last Visited

When the search field is empty, Spotlight Search shows two sections:

  • Favorites – The items that you marked as favorites. To add or remove a favorite, click the tag icon of a result.

  • Last visited – The last six items that you opened through Spotlight Search, newest first. Favorites do not appear in this section.

Before you have favorites or visited items, Spotlight Search shows Start typing to search.

PlatformManager stores your favorites and last visited items in your browser. They are not available in another browser or on another computer.
