Pricefx Education is built around a role-based, scalable, on-demand learning system designed to support every learner throughout their journey with the Pricefx platform. The 2026 training approach ensures that all learning is relevant, practical, self-paced, and aligned with real project responsibilities.

The Pricefx Knowledge Base is the starting point for all learning. It provides free 24/7 access to structured information, guidance, and self-service learning resources.

The Knowledge Base includes:

• A Unity Documentation page with product overviews, key concepts and capabilities with configuration guidelines.

• A Configuration Engineer Knowledge Base.

We continuously enhance our documentation and are exploring AI-powered guidance to make information easier to find. Self-navigation training and a free demo request option will also be available for business users.

The Knowledge Base is your always-on, on-demand resource for learning Pricefx at your own pace.

Role-Based Learning Paths (Public Trainings)

Training is organized by role so learners get only the skills they truly need. Paths are available for:

Business Roles:

Each path includes a clear learning journey with concrete outcomes for the role.

On-Demand Learning First

All core training is delivered through self-paced learning paths in SANA (Pricefx Learning Management System). Learners can start anytime and work through: Short video lessons Hands-on practice labs Checkpoints and final assessments This ensures consistent quality and makes global onboarding easier.

Hands-On, Scenario-Based Training

Every program includes real examples and practical exercises that reflect typical tasks performed in project delivery or daily operations.
Learners practice directly in a safe environment which increases confidence and long-term retention.

Live Sessions for Support — Not Lectures

Live sessions are used only when they add value, such as:

• Public Q&A sessions to clarify course material (MS Teams for Technical Training programs and Sana Live Sessions for Business User programs).

• Highly recommended (optional) private Q&A hours for customer and partner-specific questions or deep dives into program materials. (Technical Trainings)

Certification & Recertification

Pricefx certifications validate that learners have the skills and practical knowledge required to work effectively in key technical roles. Certification ensures consistent quality across customer, partner, and internal teams and confirms readiness to support or develop Pricefx solutions.

Certification is currently available for:

🔧 Project CE – Certified Configuration Engineer

This certification confirms that the learner can safely maintain and extend a Pricefx configuration.
It validates skills in logic fundamentals, workflow configuration, pricing structures, and understanding solution dependencies.

🔗 Project IE – Certified Integration Engineer

This certification is for engineers responsible for building and maintaining data integrations.
Learners demonstrate proficiency in Pricefx integration patterns, Data Loads, APIs, Integration Manager, Apache Camel, and troubleshooting techniques. This certification is available for Project Integration Engineer (IE) Practitioner (Templates) program. Custom program is currently awarded with Certificate of Completion.
