Using Knowledge Base Tool in Claude

Once you have successfully established a public connection to the Pricefx MCP Server, you can use the knowledge_search public tool.

  1. Open your browser and launch Claude.

  2. Click New chat.

  3. Click Search and tools ClaudeSearchAndToolsIcon.png icon in the message input field.

  4. Enable your public Pricefx MCP Connection.

  5. Check that Knowledge search tool is available and enabled.

  6. Enter the prompt into message input field.

  7. Click ClaudeArrowIcon.png .

  8. Review the results returned by the tool.
