This tool retrieves a prioritized list of action items assigned to a user, with support for due date, creation date, and financial impact filtering. Results are automatically sorted by due date (ascending), then by impact magnitude (descending), then by creation date (ascending). Enforces access control, users can only view their own action items unless they have admin privileges. Financial impact values are formatted with appropriate currency symbols.
