Global Asset Class (PFX Only)

The Global Asset Class tab is available when assigning permissions to users or groups. It allows you to select "super assets" (all accounts, all integrations or all partitions) and then select permissions for them. 

Rights granted via this Global Asset Class tab:

• Cover any existing or newly added account/partition/integration within PlatformManager. 

• Cannot be modified in the standard asset permission assignment.

When permissions for a selected super asset are changed, users are notified by an email.

 Assignment of this "super asset" permission can be subject to approval workflow. For details see Workflows Tab.

 This functionality is available only to users:

• With Pricefx email. (When a group contains at least one non-Pricefx user, this functionality is no longer available.) 

• With the Permissions power user global permission.
