Atlassian Groups

Pricefx uses the following Atlassian tools:

• Confluence for content sharing and collaboration

• Jira for project management and bug tracking

Users need to have an account with Atlassian to be able to use these tools. 

In this section Pricefx administrators can:

• Assign Atlassian user groups to assets in PlatformManager.

• Add new users (existing in PlatformManager) to Atlassian user groups and remove them. Users can be removed either from the row menu in Administration > Users > Delete from Atlassian or when you edit an Atlassian group in this section.

• Create/delete Atlassian user groups.

 Users are also removed from all Atlassian groups when they are marked as “inactive” or “no longer with company” in Salesfx.

All actions done with Atlassian groups (create/delete user/group, assign/un-assign user) are logged in PlatformManager in Activity Logs (under Account or in Administration).
