AI Agents Prospect Process

The AI Agents Prospect Process table provides a centralized overview of all prospects who signed up for an AI Agents trial.
It allows you to track the progress of each prospect through the setup and deployment steps (consent, data upload, data mapping).

This table is available in PlatformManager > Administration > AI Agents prospect process.

Integration Setup

The AI Agents prospect process also supports converting a completed onboarding
into a reusable Automated Data Upoad (Integration as a Service).

This allows the data upload configuration created during onboarding
to be reused for ongoing automated data integration.

For step-by-step instructions, see:

Table Reference

The page displays a sortable and filterable table with the following columns:

Column

Description

Account

The prospect’s name, corresponding to the PlatformManager Account.

This partition is created automatically as part of the onboarding workflow.

If a partition has been deleted, an exclamation icon appears next to the name with the tooltip: “This partition has been deleted”.

Onboarding Started At

The timestamp indicating when the onboarding workflow was actually initiated.

This reflects the real start of the onboarding process, including backend steps such as partition creation and accelerator deployment.

Possible values include:

  • In progress – Backend onboarding steps (for example, partition creation or accelerator deployment) are still running.

  • Done – Backend onboarding steps completed successfully.

  • Failed – One or more backend onboarding steps failed.

If a process was reverted, the status displays as Failed (Reverted).

The date when AI Agents were deployed.

Last Login to Partition

The most recent login date of the prospect to their partition.

Revert Failed Onboarding

If the backend onboarding process fails, you can revert the process to clean up abandoned assets and return the system to a consistent state.

The Revert action performs the following operations:

  1. Deactivates Copilot and calculation engines (for Salesforce flow).

  2. Deletes the associated partition.

  3. Removes the UI workflow associated with the failed task.

Steps to Revert

  1. Navigate to Administration > AI Agents prospect process.

  2. Locate a row where BE Part Status is Failed.

  3. Click the ellipsis menu (...) at the start of the row and select Revert.

  4. In the Revert confirmation modal, click Delete. A message warns that the partition will be deleted and the action cannot be undone.

  5. Once the process completes, you will receive a notification (e.g., PROSPECT_ONBOARDING_REVERTED received).
