Release Summary
With Agents 1.7, users benefit from enhanced data visualization and expanded MCP tool capabilities across agent workflows. The release introduces new tools for prioritizing and retrieving agent action items, accessing product group and customer segment data, and displaying currency symbols for financial values. It also improves the Agent Assessment dashboard with better metrics tracking, including visibility into deleted agents with actions. Brings compatibility between the Agent dashboard and Pricefx Copilot. Additionally, the release streamlines the interface by removing unused impact types and refining assignment configuration options.
Upgrade Notes
Auto Create Actions on Resubmit
Starting with the this release, resubmitting an agent triggers its computation automatically, matching the behavior of a first-time submission. This is controlled by the AUTO_CREATE_ACTIONS_ON_RESUBMIT configuration entry in the AG_Configurations Company Parameter. You must manually add the AUTO_CREATE_ACTIONS_ON_RESUBMIT entry to the AG_Configurations Company Parameter and set its value to true as a one-time post-upgrade step. For more information see Auto Create Actions on Resubmit.
The Main Features
Advanced User Assignment
Actions can now be assigned dynamically using custom business logic, instead of relying only on the existing dimension-based rules and fallback user. A Configuration Engineer can define this Advanced/Custom Assignment mode so Actions are routed to exactly the right person based on your own criteria.
For more information see How Actions are Grouped and Assigned (Agents) | ConfiguringAdvancedAssignment and Configure Advanced User Assignment (Agents).
