Overview

The Business User Programs provide foundational, hands-on training for users who work with Pricefx in their daily activities. These programs build confidence in navigating the platform, understanding its capabilities, and applying key features to real business use cases.
They are intended for Pricing Managers, Pricing Analysts, Sales Managers, Product Managers, and other commercial roles.

Each program focuses on developing practical skills that support common workflows and prepares learners to use Pricefx effectively within their organization.

Pricing Manager Practitioner Program (Level 1)

Level 1 Pricefx Pricing Manager Practitioner program is a foundational program for pricing managers, sales operations, finance, and key users who will work hands‑on in Pricefx. Participants learn how clean data, analytics, and price documents fit together in a single end‑to‑end flow — from data and dashboards to price lists, live price grids, and follow‑up actions.

By the end of the course, learners can navigate the standard Practitioner setup, read and interpret core dashboards, understand how prices are calculated and governed, and confidently explain how the main Pricefx capabilities connect.

This course is designed for business users and key users who will work hands‑on in Pricefx, especially:

  • Pricing analysts and pricing managers

  • Sales operations and commercial excellence teams

  • Finance or controlling users involved in price and margin decisions

Pricing Analyst Practitioner Program (Level 1)

The Pricing Analyst Practitioner course develops hands‑on skills to turn Pricefx data, dashboards, and agents into concrete pricing actions. Participants learn how to use Customer Insights and Sales Insights dashboards, Analytics charts, and Data Analyzer to spot revenue and margin trends, identify pricing opportunities and leaks, and prioritize accounts and products. The course covers top‑down and bottom‑up analysis, absolute vs. relative metrics, health scores, pricing and selling opportunity tables, as well as the practical use of Pricefx Agents and Copilot to make monitoring continuous and create follow‑up actions. By the end of the course, analysts can move confidently from raw transaction data to clear, data‑supported pricing recommendations that improve margin while protecting volume and customer relationships.

Who is this course for?

  • Pricing analysts and pricing specialists who are responsible for monitoring revenue and margin performance, diagnosing pricing issues, and recommending price, discount, and mix actions using Pricefx Analytics.

  • Commercial excellence, revenue management, and pricing operations teams who design pricing programs, support field sales with analyses, and need a structured way to use Customer Insights, Sales Insights, and Agents to manage opportunities at scale.

  • Data‑savvy finance and business analysts who already work with sales and margin data and want to use Pricefx dashboards, datamarts, and analytical tools instead of spreadsheets to drive more robust, repeatable pricing decisions.

  • Aspiring pricing professionals with basic Pricefx familiarity who want a practitioner‑level understanding of how to read trends, find opportunities, and operationalize analytics through dashboards, Agents, and Copilot in their day‑to‑day work.
