There must not be any duplicate users with the same `First Name` and `Last Name`. If duplicates do exist, please use the `Email` address to define the user instead. It is also important that all inputs are written exactly as they appear in the User Admin, particularly regarding special characters.

Dashboard Preference

When creating an Action from the Pricefx Copilot conversation window, the system automatically includes information about the specific Dashboard related to that conversation. Additionally, the actual preferences associated with the Dashboard at the time of Action creation are stored within the generated Action. This ensures that the Action accurately reflects both the Dashboard context and the user’s configured preferences.
