Copilot Activation and Configuration

Verify Prerequisites

1. Verify that the request Preconditions are met.

2. Verify that you have the Copilot License.

Activation in PlatformManager

1. Navigate to Partitions in the PlatformManager.

2. Go to [Your Partition] > Calculation Engines.
   If you cannot see this option, the cluster of your partition is not on next generation infrastructure and needs to be migrated first.

3. Click Request New Engine.

4. In the Request New Engine menu:

   1. Select the Copilot in the Available Engines.

   2. In the Request Reason briefly describe why the Copilot engine is being requested.

   3. Click Request Engine.

Configuration in Pricefx Application

1. Go to Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > Advanced Configuration Options.

2. Click Add.

3. In the Add Option menu:

   1. Enter enableDashboardAIAssistant in the Name field.

   2. Enter true in the Value field.

   3. Click Add.
      Perform this step only if the option is not already present. This step is executed as a part of the Agents Accelerator installation.

4. Click Add.

5. In the Add Option menu:

   1. Enter enableCopilot in the Name field.

   2. Enter the list of pages where you want the Pricefx Copilot to be active in the Value field, separating each page with a semicolon (e.g., /home;/dashboards;/pb/pricelists;).

   3. Click Add.
