When using the combination of First Name and Last Name to define a user, it is essential to ensure that both the First Name and Last Name values are unique. There must not be any duplicate users with the same First Name and Last Name. If duplicates do exist, please use the Email address to define the user instead. It is also important that all inputs are written exactly as they appear in the User Admin, particularly regarding special characters.
