Enhanced Standard Case: Additional Data (Agents)

This scenario applies when Standard Case data is enriched with cost, competitive pricing, inventory, or other commercial signals. It describes what this additional data enables and how to manage it reliably.

Data

The standard case is available and is enriched with additional data such as product cost, competitive prices, inventory/stock, availability, or other commercial signals.

Why it Matters

The Agent can move beyond descriptive transaction analysis and support broader pricing decisions, such as budget checking, price-versus-cost alignment, competitive positioning, and stock-sensitive analysis.

Advice

  • Preserve clear keys, dates, currency, and business-unit scope for every additional dataset.

  • Document whether values are actual, estimated, manually maintained, or externally sourced.

  • Define the canonical source when multiple systems provide cost, competition, or stock information.

  • Add enriched data only when its business meaning and refresh frequency are understood by users.
