Agents embed alerts, recommendations, and actions into daily workflows (UI alerts, email, Copilot chat). They are deployed as workflow overlays, not changing core models.

Where Users Work with Actions

The Actions page (My Actions / All Actions tabs) is the main operational queue for all Actions, regardless of origin. Actions can come from the Actions tab that can be added to Quotes, Agreements/Promotions, Rebate Agreements, Deal Plans and Custom Forms.
