Live Price Grids (LPG) may need to be updated due to different business reasons, market demand, competitor prices, margin leakage, etc. You can override calculated prices and keep track of the changes.

Navigate to the main menu and access the Price Setting > Live Price Grids folders.

Select an existing LPG to review the current results. Review the Result Price and Margin columns.

Locate the Manual Override column to make the changes. If the columns are not visible, use the Settings button at the top-right to display the required fields.

Enter the new price(s) under the Manual Override column for the selected product(s).

Press Enter to view the updated calculations.

Note the Result Price record changes the background color to gray to easily identify the changes.

Use the Override Reason column to enter a reason for the change.

Review the Margin columns to see changes with the new calculated price(s).
