Release Summary
With Agents 1.8, users get a guided way to act on Agent-detected pricing gaps through Capability Mapping Action Tasks: Action Tasks can now create a quote pre-filled from the action's data, or update a Live Price Grid item directly, with Price Grid discovery and override support included in both. Action Tasks also support the Live Price Grids matrix type for working with multiple keys, and are now available from the Review tab of an action. On the reporting side, the Agent Assessment Overview dashboard no longer defaults to USD when an exchange rate is missing, only shows currencies with available conversion rates, and again includes the Completed Action Tasks table, with detection-rule figures now matching the Best & Worst Customers Performance portlet. This release also fixes several date and time-zone handling issues in Agents data, and resolves problems resubmitting or reviewing actions for agents revoked around an upgrade.
