Definition
Unit Margin shows how much profit you earn per unit sold. It is the profit divided by quantity, aggregated over the selected scope.
Formula
Unit Margin = sum(Quantity) / sum(Profit)
Example
For a product over the last 12 months:
-
Total Profit = 50,000
-
Total Quantity = 10,000 units
Unit Margin = 50,000 / 10,000 = 5
