Business Scenario
In each rebate type, you need to specify the payout frequency. The payout frequency can be monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.
If there is a rebate type with a fixed payout frequency and you use it multiple times, you can define a rebate type with a pre-defined payout frequency.
You can define the rebate types in the following way:
-
Monthly Target Bonus – Based on a defined sales target per month.
-
Quarterly Target Bonus – Based on a defined sales target per quarter.
-
Semi-Annually Target Bonus – Based on a defined sales target per haft-year.
-
Annually Target Bonus – Based on a defined sales target per year.
In each case, the bonus is paid only if the sales target per the given time period is achieved.

The system will generate a rebate record once per the given Payment Period.
With this pre-defined payout frequency, the system will not generate the “Payment Period“ input, so you do not need to select the payment period in the input area when using these rebate types in a rebate agreement.
