The AI Early Adopter Program provides selected Pricefx customers with early access to two new capabilities:

Bring your own AI assistant via MCP (connecting Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT directly to Pricefx)
Both capabilities are initially available to early adopters, with broader availability planned through 2026 before general availability.

Early Adopter Program Structure

The program is a co-innovation initiative. Participation is limited, and applications are reviewed individually.

Customers who join can query live pricing data through an approved enterprise AI assistant. For example, participants can use the assistant to identify pricing patterns in a segment, explain margin drivers, or estimate the effect of a proposed discount before a renewal.

The program follows Pricefx's broader AI governance approach. The AI assistant does not change prices or make decisions on its own. It identifies areas that require attention and recommends actions. Users make the final decisions, and the enterprise system executes approved changes.
