Important Information For Pricefx Partners

As Pricefx constantly updates and changes its offerings, we want to ensure all our partners have the recent knowledge and skills to implement Pricefx successfully.

How does Pricefx Training Work with Partners?

  1. A one-point of contact for ALL training and education topics -@User. Please forward all your requests and questions related to partner training to Maros.

  2. Registration information can be found → here.

  3. If you need more information about each course, please check individual pages for each class in Training Program Descriptions.

  4. All partner training is a PAID service and will be invoiced after the course registration. See Price List here.

  5. The main training portal for program content and certifications is SANA. The access to Sana programs and training demo partitions are limited (1 or 2 months depending on the training type),. Knowledge Base is a primary source of all on-demand learning and education on all topics.


Access, Cancellation & Rescheduling Rules

Access Provisioning

  • Access to Pricefx training programs, including training materials and training demo partitions, is granted on a weekly activation cycle every Monday.

  • The exact access activation date is communicated in the registration confirmation email.

  • Once access is provisioned, the training is considered delivered and consumed.


Access Duration by Program

  • Business User Programs (Pricing Manager, Pricing Analyst, Sales Manager): 1 month

  • Admin Program: 1 month

  • Project IE – Integration Engineer (Templates or Custom): 1 month per course

  • Project IE – Integration Engineer (Templates + Custom bundle): 2 months total

  • Project CE – Configuration Engineer: 2 months

Additional access time may be requested for a fee, subject to availability.


Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation or rescheduling is permitted for all training programs and the Project CE entry interview provided that Pricefx is notified at least seventy-two (72) hours before access is granted.

If notification is not received within this timeframe and access is provisioned:

  • 100% of the training fee will be billed, regardless of participation level, progress, or course completion.

  • No refunds or credits will be issued.


Change of Decision After Registration

If a participant decides not to proceed with a training program, the Pricefx Training Team must be informed before access is granted.

Once access has been issued:

  • The training is considered consumed

  • Full billing applies

  • No refunds or credits are available


Public Q&A Sessions

  • Public Q&A sessions are scheduled per program and communicated to enrolled participants.

  • Attendance is optional and limited to training-related clarification.

  • A Training Advisor may cancel a public Q&A session if no participants attend.


Private 1-on-1 Sessions

  • Private 1-on-1 sessions are delivered by appointment.

  • If a participant does not attend and fails to provide at least seventy-two (72) hours’ notice, the session is counted as used.

  • The Training Advisor may cancel a session if participant doesn’t attend.
