How to Troubleshoot Excel Client Issues

This article shows what information to provide if you encounter an error in Excel Client and want to help Pricefx Support find the root cause most effectively. 

  1. In Excel Client, you get an error, similar to this one:

  2. Click the Debug button.

  3. Make a screenshot of the Visual Basic code which displays (or copy the code).

  4. Send this information to Pricefx Support.
