Calculation Schedules (Insights Dashboards)

Using the Calculation Schedules, you can set up a regular recalculation of your model. This allows for planning the rerun of the model regularly, ensuring that you have up-to-date data. With this feature, a logic can be created to run all the steps of the model, enabling users to schedule the model effectively.

Path

  1. Company Processes > Insights Configuration.

  2. Choose the model you want to schedule.

  3. Click the More Options icon.

  4. Click Schedules.

Not Applicable

Name for a scheduled task.

Action

  • Insights Dashboards Data Calculation Action (Draft MO Only) – Calculates models in the Draft status only.

  • Insights Dashboards Data Calculation Action (Approved MO Only) – Calculates models in the Approved status only.

Type of the scheduled task.

Start Date

Date and Time

The date when the scheduled task will run for the first time.

Interval

0 - 9 (0 stands for one-off run)

Represents the number of repetitions in a selected period.

Period

  • Day

  • Month

  • Year

Period which represents the offset between each run.
