Why Join the PUG

How to Join

Any active Pricefx user can become a member, as long as they’re familiar with the platform and are ready to commit some time to share their feedback with the product team.

Here’s what you have to do:

1. Reach out to your Pricefx Customer Success Manager to express your interest

2. Your CSM will tell you if you can indeed join the PUG

3. Register on this landing page Pricefx User Group | Pricefx

4. You will be asked to sign our terms and conditions meant to protect the information shared during PUG meetings, or 1:1 calls with the product team.

We expect PUG members to be active, meaning they should participate in at least 2 activities over the year (attending a webinar, participating in a webinar, having a call with the product team, etc…).

PUG Activities

As a PUG member, you can look forward to a range of engaging activities:

• 1:1 Feedback: Engage directly with the product team to voice your thoughts and suggestions. Someone from the Product team will usually reach out to you individually to ask if you have time for an interview about a specific capability. Alternatively, if you have feedback you’d like to share with us or would like to schedule a meeting, you can email us at pug@pricefx.com and copy your Customer Success Manager at Pricefx.

• Office Hours: Regular 1-hour-long online meeting (hosted on Teams) that you can join at any time to ask a question on your mind. Read more about Office Hours below.

About Office Hours

Starting October 2024, we are rolling out the PUG Office Hours, which are informal meetings during which PUG members can ask any questions they might have to the Pricefx product representative on the call.

Please read below the setup of these meetings:

• Hosted monthly at 5 pm CET/ 10 am CT on Teams.

• No content is presented during these calls. The product representative is only there to answer your questions and, if possible, show you how it’s done on the platform directly.

• Since our Product Managers are experts in the capabilities they handle, we are sharing a calendar below so that you know which week would suit you best to get your question answered on the spot.
