This page contains all actions that relate to security (Management of User Groups, Management of Roles) and major configuration settings (e.g., changing default calculation logics). The columns include also Action, Details, Type and Name. By default, old data are deleted after 360 days.
Starting with version 17.1, changes made directly on a Production partition to Logics and Workflow Builder objects (create/update/copy/delete) are captured here with additional detail, on top of the general configuration-change entries already logged. This enables you to identify manual Production edits made outside the recommended pipeline-based deployment process. These entries are written only when a partition's Environment setting (configured on the Partition admin page) is PROD (not DEV, QA, STAGING, etc.) and only when the saved data actually changed. Captured details include the object's id, formulaNature, validAfter, status, or simulationSet. See Audit Records for Manual Logic or Workflow Changes on PROD for more details.
You can download contents of the logs into an Excel file by clicking the Export button. For the download you can exclude currently hidden fields.
