Goal
Do not allow the setting Administration > Configuration > [Quoting, Agreements & Promotions, Sales Compensation, Rebates] General Settings > Run document creation workflow logic on the created document. The setting is stored in Advanced configuration options in the partitions as:

Why
It’s sufficient to set creation workflow logic on the header type level without enabling CW for all documents.
