When a Rebate Record is approved in Pricefx, Payout Records are generated. A credit or debit memo can be created in S/4HANA by each Payout Record. The memo number is written back to the same Payout Record in Pricefx for easy reference and to indicate that the memo is created in S/4HANA successfully.

Price Parameter Table Storing Credit / Demo Configuration
When generating memo records from Payout Records, extra fields required by SAP S/4HANA have to be provided. These configurations are stored in Price Parameters in Pricefx. You can modify these values according to your needs.
Customer Extension Table Storing Accruals Status and History
The Payout Records only store the current accruals. Another extension table is required to store the history and status of the accruals created in SAP S/4HANA.
