Remove IntegrationManager

Issue:

Need to remove IntegrationManager

Resolution:

If the IntegrationManager instance is no longer used, we need to remove it from the servers and release the resources that it occupies.

Use these steps to remove IM:

1. Stop the service.

2. Remove all installed files from the folders.

3. Remove the linked file in /etc/init.d.

4. Remove the Jenkins jobs.

5. Remove the IM configuration from PlatformManager.
