Minimum required version for the Sales Insights when running Customer Insights 1.11.x is the Sales Insights 1.14.0.
This version includes a fix for null-handling in the shared dashboard logic used by the Customer Insights (for example, filtering out null values before pivoting).
Recommendation
If you are running the Customer Insights 1.11.x on a Sales Insights version earlier than 1.14.0, you should upgrade the Sales Insights to at least 1.14.0. It is recommended to upgrade to the latest tested Sales Insights version used with Customer Insights.
