Epic #6: Establish and Maintain the Data Delivery Timeline

Establish and Maintain the Data Delivery Timeline	Data Readiness Manager	Work with the Business and IT Data Stewards, along with the Project Manager to establish and maintain the data delivery timeline	best estimate the start of Feature Sprint #1	Data delivery timeline is created and agreed to by the Customer Project Manager

Data Readiness Roles:

Data Readiness Manager, take time during each session to review the current timeline. Emphasize how EVERYONE plays a role in the Feature Sprint start. Work with Customer’s PM to maintain timeline.
Data Readiness Solution Architect, help drive the completion of assignments and exercises showing how it impacts the timeline (i.e., the start of the first Feature Sprint)
