Bug Description	ID
Advanced cost lookup not executing when 1^st item in batch fails to run any lookups. Fix: To address a previous issue where only the first SKU's advanced cost types were considered, a per-batch action tracking system was implemented, but it fails when the first SKU's calculation fails before a lookup, preventing the reset and causing subsequent SKUs to miss necessary data. Now we have moved unique actions list reset to `BatchManager` initialization to make sure it runs.	PFPCS-9465
