The Pricefx Copilot is an AI-assisted reference tool powered by generative artificial intelligence through a Pricefx-hosted large language model. Users are interacting with an artificial intelligence system that generates responses based on patterns in data rather than human judgment or verified knowledge. It is intended to help users navigate the Pricefx application, explore supported data, and obtain general guidance within the product. It is not designed or intended to provide definitive, authoritative, or legally binding advice, nor to replace human judgment or decision-making.
Responses generated by Pricefx Copilot may be incorrect, incomplete, misleading, inconsistent, or outdated, and identical or similar prompts may produce different results. All outputs are probabilistic in nature and should be treated as informational suggestions only. Users must not rely on Pricefx Copilot as the sole or definitive source of truth and must independently verify all important information before relying on it. Human review, critical thinking, and independent verification are required for all outputs, particularly before making any business, financial, or legal decisions.
Authorized Users and the Customer they represent remain solely responsible for assessing the accuracy, usefulness, and suitability of any output generated by Pricefx Copilot, as well as for any decisions or actions taken on the basis of such output. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the relevant AI Services are provided “as is”, without any warranty that outputs will be error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or achieve an intended result.
Pricefx Copilot operates within defined functional and data limitations. In its current version, it works only with supported dashboard and portlet data, primarily within the Sales Insights and Customer Insights, cannot autonomously expand its data sources, and may time out when the requested data scope is too large. Certain input methods, file types, actions, and currency representations are also not supported or are only partially supported.
Users must use Pricefx Copilot only in accordance with the applicable Terms of Use, the Customer Agreement, and all applicable laws and regulations. Pricefx Copilot must not be used for unlawful purposes, deceptive or unfair practices, or in violation of applicable regulatory requirements, or automated decision-making that produces legal effects. Pricefx Copilot is not intended for and must not be used for fully automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on individuals or entities.
