Import Customers from SAP C4C to Pricefx (Version 2.0)

This template fetches Customers from SAP C4C via REST API and imports them to Pricefx Customer Master using a customer defined mapper.

Connection between PlatformManager and SAP C4C

For details see How to Create SAP C4C Connection.

Installation

Go to PlatformManager > Marketplace, find Import SAP C4C Customers to Pricefx, select Deploy and then select a target integration instance and template version.

Configuration Steps

  1. Choose the SAP C4C REST Basic connection to be used.

  2. Configure Integration Template parameters:

    • Cron expression for triggering import – Defines when this Integration Template should run. Example value: "0+0+*+*+*+?+*".

    • SAP C4C API version – Select v1 or v2. V2 API excludes customers with the ‘in preparation’ status.

  3. Define a mapper to map Customers from SAP C4C to Pricefx.
